Sourced from Google MapsThe receptionist was so kind and helpful. I went onto the hub, without an appointment with a heavy pain and she quickly allocate me with the GP. DR. KOSASIH receive me very punctual and he was very kind and professional. I am very grateful for the service provided and attentive listen received.

Very unreasonable charges and a disappointing experience. I had an ECG done at this clinic. Generally, ECGs are often bulk billed for Medicare holders, but neither the receptionist nor the doctor informed me beforehand that this would be a private charge. When I later tried to claim through Medicare, I found there was no provider number on the invoice. After contacting the clinic, I was told the procedure was performed by a nurse, so I was unable to claim Medicare. This is something that should have been clearly explained before the test, so I could have chosen whether to proceed. Additionally, the ECG room had half transparent walls, with people frequently walking past, which made me feel very uncomfortable and exposed. At one point, the nurse even forgot to close the door when leaving, only realizing halfway out while I was lying there half undressed. Furthermore, when I went for a blood test based on the referral, the pathology nurse informed me that the doctor had not bulk billed it either, and I had to pay upfront and claim it myself later. This was never communicated to me in advance. Overall, this has been my worst experience ever. Very disappointing.
