I was told the facial would be 1 hour and 30 minutes, but it was cut short at just 1 hour. I was then informed that the extraction couldn't be finished in one session? ? This is completely unacceptable. Why wasn't this made clear before we started? To make matters worse, the treatment was followed by a pushy sales pitch for expensive facials and follow-up sessions. It felt less like genuine care and more like a transaction from the moment the service ended.

I was facing acne & sensitive skin for many years and I tried many type of skin care but still could not help until one of my Melbourne friend recommended this skin clinic which she used to visit for the past few years , surprisingly my skin problem goes better only 4 times visit ! I’m really happy with their service & my skin therapist is full of skin knowledge ~ she taught me how to preps skin , how to protect my Skin & she warn me to stay hygiene too .
