The Skin Boutique - Melbourne City

I have been attending Skin Boutique in Melbourne City for a considerable time now and can’t recommend Maddi enough. She’s incredibly professional, caring and makes the whole experience feel comfortable which is exactly what you want when receiving treatments. In general, the girls are all wonderful to deal with. Super grateful to have access to such wonderful service and highly recommend to anyone considering treatments!

I had the Observ 520 skin analysis done and, initially, I had a really positive experience. The consultant was friendly and, without me even asking, offered to send me my skin analysis results afterwards. I thought that was a thoughtful touch and a sign of great customer service. Unfortunately, that's where the experience fell apart. The results were never sent. I called a few days later and was told they'd been busy and would send them soon. More days passed and still nothing. When I called again, I was told they were busy and that sending the results isn't something they usually do. If that's the case, why offer it in the first place without me even asking? I was again assured they would send them, but they never did. They even sent me a follow-up text after my appointment, yet when I replied, there was no response. After almost two weeks, I called one final time and was told they would speak to the manager. I even suggested they could simply text me the photos if preparing a report was too difficult. To me, the whole point of a skin analysis is being able to keep your baseline results so you can compare them over time and see whether treatments are actually improving your skin. That's beneficial for both the customer and the clinic. If I saw genuine improvements, I'd happily recommend the clinic to others. Instead, I was left chasing something that was promised multiple times but never delivered. It wasn't about the photos themselves—it was about keeping your word. Experiences like this make it difficult to trust a business because it feels like the focus is on selling treatments rather than following through on commitments. I hope they improve their communication and honour the promises they make to future clients.

This was my second microneedling visit with Maddie in the CBD, and once again it was an amazing experience. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, and her attention to detail is excellent. You can really tell she has a lot of knowledge and experience, and she always gives great skincare advice and suggestions. My partner is also seeing her now, and we both highly recommend her. If anyone is looking for a welcoming, genuine, and knowledgeable skin specialist, Maddie is definitely the one to see.

I’m not sure how i came across this place but I’m so glad I did! I get laser hair removal done with Maddi and I couldn’t be happier with the service she provides. She is so friendly and welcoming with her demeanour and also has a lot of experience and knowledge, making me feel very at ease and comfortable during the sessions. The whole team is so pretty and friendly too! The pricing is fair and not overly expensive either. I’m super happy :)
