Sourced from Google MapsBeautician Mandy is extremely professional with glycolic acid treatment and comedone extraction. Her extraction technique is gentle with minimal pain, and the acid care is meticulous. My skin feels smooth and clear afterward. Receptionist Pui is warm and thoughtful. No pushy sales throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at SKINTECH. The staff were professional, attentive, and did an excellent job throughout my visit. A special mention to Dr Michelle, who performed my Agnes treatment — she was incredibly patient and gentle. Her professionalism and care really stood out. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend SKINTECH to others.

I had Sculptra (Bioremodulator) treatment about 2 months ago, and the results are unbelievable. My mid and lower face have lifted significantly, and my skin feels much firmer and tighter. I never knew a treatment could be this effective. My injector, Vivienne Wei, is amazing. She recommended this option based on my facial condition, and the consultation was extremely helpful. It saved me both time and money from trying other treatments. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend this clinic!

Dr Ben very confidently recommended subcision and RF needling. He was confident my acne scars would improve and told me to watch his video online about subcision. It was really hard to have a conversation with him as he is quite cocky and will interrupt and talk over the top of me, only to talk about something different. I had some mild acne at the time I saw him and he was very confident in his products to clear it up and pigmentation, he specifically said he was ‘not worried’. I spent $150 on these 2 small bottles (30ml each) and there was no improvement or change in my skin at all, I followed the instructions very carefully and used the products until it had run out. I watched the video which very basically explained the procedure, upon further research I read that it can lead to severe and permanent sagging of the skin. I immediately reached out to the clinic to discuss this, Dr Ben did not tell me about this risk at all. Once I was finally able to get him on the phone a couple weeks later, he had no idea about this risk and told me to send him the source of information. I had a medical article, after I told him this he completely back-tracked and became withdrawn and insecure, he told me he was ‘talking me out of it’, stated multiple times that if I’m not confident it’s not good for them. I only wanted to discuss the risk with Dr Ben (e.g was this technique based? Was he aware and confident he could avoid this risk?), hoping he could provide clarity as the Dr in the situation. After I had sent the office the medical article via email, as requested, they completely ghosted me. I am really unhappy with this, I feel I had wasted my time and money seeing them. Dr Ben, I find it very unethical and unprofessional the way you have recommended this treatment not knowing the potential risks, and then become cold and explicitly discouraged me from receiving treatment at the clinic after I brought this up with you. EDIT: The below response is again, disappointing. I completely agree the consultation should include informing the patient of risks of procedures. The problem is, I was not told of this risk at all! I discovered it on my own, doing my own research online and asked Dr Ben about it SPECIFICALLY because he is a Dr, and his judgement should be more qualified than mine, and he was unable to tell me anything about it because he was completely unaware of this risk, yet comfortable enough to recommend it! Unethical and unprofessional, the clinic is only interested in protecting itself.
