I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment on Thursday night with Charlene. (hard to book as she is very popular 😂) She welcomed me in with a friendly smile. First Impressions count so much! Charlene is truly Great! She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I was pretty impressed with the final result. I did botax with Dr Chan but it didn’t work I am quite young For second visit not only they didn’t fix but also they charged me. I paid 650$ together for nothing I ended up to see a real injector to do the right thing. Don’t waste your money. Yea The staff very rude
