Highly recommend Plexus Medical & Cosmetic. My kid needed stitches on her ear, and Dr. Dae Hwan Kwon was incredibly gentle and professional. He made the whole process smooth, and my child didn't cry at all. Nurse Polly was also very kind and caring, helping my kid stay relaxed during treatment. She explained the aftercare clearly as well. Thank you for the excellent care!

Olivia is extremely unprofessional. My husband went in for treatment, and she thought it acceptable to 'accidentally' show him explicit content of herself on her phone. Do not recommend.

Conveniently located at 663 Chapel St South Yarra with ample street parking on Chapel Street or nearby within a few minutes’ walk. The clinic is also easily accessible via the 78 tram. From the moment you walk in the door to be welcomed by Tom and assistant Susi, your experience at Plexus whether it be for General Medicine or Cosmetic and Skin treatments, will be nothing short of exemplary every step of the way. From Practice Manager Dominic Rillstone and the GP team of Dr. Chuni and Dr. Hwan Kwon to the Cosmetic side and the highly skilled & regarded Dr. Shams Shamid with his cutting-edge techniques and fashionable wardrobe sense to Cosmetic Nurse Youjin Lee and effervescent Dermal Therapist extraordinaire Olivia Hume, they always have me looking and feeling amazing. I wouldn’t trust my health and cosmetic /skin goals in anyone else’s hands. They are after all, like family to me. Appointments are simple and can be made online with ease and all communication reminders sent to your phone via sms and appointment info updated to your email calendars. You're in great hands at Plexus Medical and Cosmetic.
