My Body Vibes Doncaster

I had Botox with Sibel yesterday at My Body vibe in Doncaster, and I’m extremely happy with the experience. Sibel was professional, experienced, and took such great care of me. She really understood what I wanted and listened to my concerns. The service was excellent, and I couldn't be happier with the results and the overall experience. The only suggestion I have is that the My Body vibe sign could be clearer, as it was a little difficult to see and made the clinic a bit hard to find.

The clinic is always spotless, the staff are genuinely lovely (not fake-nice — actually lovely), and they know their stuff. They explain everything, make you feel comfortable, and somehow manage to make needles feel… not scary? A talent. 👌 The pricing is fantastic, the results last beautifully, and I always walk out feeling fresh, confident, and 10/10. I’ve recommended this place to so many friends that now we’re basically a My Body Vibes fan club — and every single one of us is a convert. Big fan. Loyal for life. Very disappointing experience at My Body Vibes. Doncaster My appointment was booked for 3:00 PM. I was running marginally late due to difficulty finding parking, so I called the clinic at 2:54 PM to inform the receptionist The receptionist acknowledged the 5 min delay and clearly said it was okay. By around 3:02 PM, when I was almost at the clinic, I received a call saying they could no longer do the treatment because they were fully booked. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially after I had already informed them in advance and was told it would not be an issue. To make matters worse, a staff member/specialist named Coney was very rude and lacked professionalism in the way the situation was handled. The overall customer service experience was unacceptable and left a very poor impression. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Would definitely be going back ,they have the best packages for injectables. And the nurse sibel was so gentle and very professional with her work. My results lasted longer than anywhere else I have been.
