Just had my last laser treatment with Maggie T therapist 16. She instantly made me feel comfortable and listened to some concerns I had. I appreciated how informative and knowledge based practised she was. Makes a huge difference with aftercare and maintenance, definitely planning on continuing my treatments with her.

Don't trust the 5 star reviews, they are for a promotion. I fell for this too, and have deleted my previous 5 star review as the gaslighting and unprofessionalism of this clinic has appalled me. I booked a series of fat freezing (which didn't work) treatments as I saw MBV was offering a deal. I was told after my final session that I needed to book a post-treatment consultation, which I attended and said I had seen no results. The staff then asked where my before/after photos were, which I was never instructed to take. She asked if any other staff members had taken photos of me before the first treatment, which I had no memory of. With no photos, the staff spent the entirety of this final appointment trying to convince me that I simply hadn't noticed the results of the treatment, as "sometimes you struggle to see progress as you're always looking at yourself right!!" Seeing that I wasn't convinced, she said she'll look for any photos on her system after I left and would follow up via email. As such, this post-treatment session was a total waste of time and petrol. I also never heard back with any photos. After several months, I called back asking what the update was. The staff on the phone said she'll get back to me in a day. It's been several days now, and I still haven't received a response. I'm especially irritated as they are still holding my consultation deposit for a facial treatment, which I enquired about at the time of my other appointments. Needless to say that is lost money now, as I would not trust or recommend this clinic to anyone.

Very mixed experiences. The first two times were ok but the last time was quite bad. I've had hifu mutliple times and it's hurt quite a bit at times but never have I had a practioner care so little. She just said "I know it hurts but that's the treatment" - even after I cried at one point. Other times I've had the treament, and it's hurt a lot more, but left feeling good and happy as the practioners were really professional, checked in a lot and tried to make me feel comfortable. I do think maybe you get what you pay for. And more affordable services are offered with big sales here, but that means you get treated with a lot less care than other places.
