The service was excellent — everyone was friendly, attentive, and very professional throughout my visit. The interior of the store was surprisingly beautiful, clean, and well designed, exceeding my expectations. I especially loved the New Year decorations, which added a lovely festive touch and made the space perfect for photos. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I still had credit on my account, but it was withdrawn without any notice. What makes it worse is that during that period I was actively communicating with customer service about treatments, yet nobody mentioned that my credit would be removed. When I later asked about it, I was simply told that the credit had been withdrawn. There was no apology or effort to make things right, which was very frustrating. Afterward, I was told that I could purchase products with a discount and would also receive some samples. However, when I visited the clinic, I was initially told there was no discount. Only after I showed the chat records was the discount applied. As for the samples, I had to ask for them myself and was given only a very tiny sample. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and ungenerous. I left feeling disappointed by both the customer service and the way the situation was handled.
