She did a comprehensive consultation to understand all my skincare concern. She is very gentle and kind. She explained everything before going to the next step. The whole treatment almost an hour. Erina really look after my feeling. There is some tea and snack after the treatment, very sweet! It such a great experience. Definitely will come back next time.

Had my PicoWay laser at MINTSKIN Box Hill and it was a really positive experience! The nurse Esther was friendly and professional, walking me through the process and aftercare thoroughly which put me at ease. The treatment was gentle and minimal pain. My skin’s much brighter, freckles have lightened a lot, and recovery was easy with scabs shedding naturally in around a week. Definitely recommend MINTSKIN for PicoWay treatment with Esther!
