Very poor customer service and poor communication. Without communicating to customer with all their hidden booking policy . Booked my appointment 4 weeks in advance and confirmed via WeChat . Then they told me I didn’t confirmed my appointment so they allocated my slot to another customer , asked me to come the following week which is 7 days after ( which I clearly told them I need that slot as I have traveling plan after that ) . $50 deposit transferred . Be careful with this clinic as there’s no any dispute resolution in this place for a medical cosmetic clinic like this . they just ghosted me without response to my messages and no return phone calls etc. just push the responsibility to the clients. I have few friends already warn me in advance do not expect for any customer services from this Centre. But never thought their communication skill is also poor . Very disappointed with my experience with them Avoid this clinic if you’re a newbie . They won’t have any patience to response to you
