I recently visited Dr. Harini Bala at LYLA Clinic and had such an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Dr. Harini was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire appointment. I also had my two year old son with me, and she was so accommodating and patient, which made the experience even more comfortable and stress free, It’s rare to find a clinic that makes you feel so welcomed and cared for. So very impressed with my experience at Lyla Clinic. Dermal Clinician Kristen was welcoming and friendly and she took me through all the details of my procedure and also whilst having the actual treatment. Her friendly and professional manner was made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. The girls at reception were also very nice and welcoming.

Lyla Clinic is expensive and I was recommended I visit this dermatology clinic by an Ophthal Fellow at the Eye and Ear Hospital who told me they couldn’t help me when I sought help after experiencing abnormal vision loss. I now believe that that Ophthal Fellow knew someone to work here and wanted to make business for them out of me. Don’t be fooled by their flash interior. It is only a gild to disguise the fact that they are no different from any other dermatology clinic. The dermatologist’s here won’t take the time to get to know you and won’t want to help you but will just prescribe Accutane to you like all other dermatologist’s do as their go-to move and when I visited a dermatologist here and told her I can’t take Accutane as I believe it’s what got me in my mess to begin with, she had no other suggestions to help me and said she couldn’t help. Once again proving that they are just as unhelpful as many of the other dermatology clinics out there. So please don’t be sucked in by their flashy clinic or their marketing. They’re no better than the rest. Don’t waste or time or money and go somewhere else
