Inconsistent pricing, consistently poor service. I came here for laser hair removal after being referred, but it’s been a waste of my time, money, and patience. The first two nurses I encountered were rude and unprofessional. The third nurse I saw today was kind, which is the only reason this isn’t a one-star review. What really pushed me to leave this review, though, is the pricing. Today’s session cost nearly double the first two sessions — despite covering fewer areas. How does that make any sense? I wouldn’t mind paying more if the pricing had been consistent from the beginning, or if the results had been better. The inconsistency also makes me wonder if the patchy results from the first two sessions were due to rushed or incomplete treatments. Save your money and look elsewhere.
