My partner had a really bad experience at Laser Clinics Australia – The Glen. The manager, Nicole, was rude, unprofessional, and very disrespectful. She told my partner not to talk about her own condition and said that they are professionals and know better. The session took 40–45 minutes when it should have only taken 10, because they kept arguing with her instead of doing the treatment properly. My partner has been going to this clinic for over a year. In the beginning, the service was good, but the last few visits have been very disappointing. They didn’t do the laser treatment properly and often left hair in certain areas. At first, she thought it was just a mistake, but it kept happening. When she brought it up, they first said they would fix it, but when she went back, they refused and blamed her for not mentioning it on the same day. She was very stressed because she had taken time off work just for this appointment. The way they treated her made her feel mentally exhausted and upset. This was a very unprofessional and frustrating experience. We do not recommend this clinic.
