She explains everything so clearly and has a great eye for quickly identifying exactly what each individual needs and recommending the perfect treatments. Highly recommend Jess if you're visiting!

My experience with Emporium Laser Clinics has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Every single appointment I’ve booked, regardless of how far in advance, has been either cancelled or rescheduled by the clinic. It seems impossible for them to honour a booking, which completely defeats the purpose of making an appointment in the first place. The lack of consistency in service is shocking. Staff communication is poor and there is constant miscommunication between team members. Each visit seems to come with different explanations, different rules, or some new issue that prevents the treatment from actually going ahead. What’s even more frustrating is making the effort to travel into the city for an appointment, only to be told upon arrival that the treatment can’t be done. This has happened repeatedly. There always seems to be some kind of issue, and the clinic appears unwilling or unable to resolve it. To make matters worse, the manager, Jessica, refused to provide a refund despite the fact that the clinic has repeatedly cancelled or declined to perform the booked treatments. After so many cancelled appointments and wasted trips into the city, refusing a refund is completely unacceptable. Overall, the service is disorganised, unreliable, and extremely frustrating. If you value your time and expect a business to honour appointments and communicate clearly with clients, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. Edit: Not only has the owner disclosed private information publicly, I note that the member of staff did not actually ask for further information, they just refused the service.
