I have been going to L2 Clinic in The Glen for more than a year. I am always satisfied and happy after having treatments from L2. The machines and products that they have are top notch and FDA Approved. They also offers wide variety of treatments from facial, lifting devices to pico lasers for melasma which helped me to maintain my skin look flawless and glowing all the time. I got lots of compliments on my skin and one of the reasons is thanks to L2 for always providing such good treatments and devices 😊

What an amazing experience. Customer service top. Girls at the reception extremly polite. The facial was simply another experience. An An had this amazing soft hands. Her techniques & gentle massage left me feeling relaxed. My face felt a beautiful transformation leaving my skin soft & baby like. Thank you An An. Hope I can see you more often here.

I’m not sure if customer service is optional at L2 Beauty & Skin, but the receptionist certainly made it feel that way. The attitude was incredibly arrogant, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. I came in expecting a beauty service, not an audition for “How Unwelcome Can We Make a Customer Feel?” A smile costs nothing. Basic manners cost nothing. Yet somehow both seemed to be out of stock. A business can have great treatments, beautiful facilities and skilled staff, but the front desk is the first impression — and unfortunately, this one was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Hopefully management takes customer service as seriously as beauty and skin.
