Sourced from Google MapsI attended this dermatology practice for an initial consultation and, unfortunately, felt quite rushed. As a woman in my 50s, I was hoping for a more considered and personalised discussion around my skin concerns. The practice was professional, but I left feeling there wasn’t enough time taken to properly listen, explain options, or make the consultation feel reassuring. For an initial appointment, I would have appreciated a more thorough approach.

Charged $350 for a ten minute consult , in which they misdiagnosed scabies as psoriasis. Leading to condition getting worse , and many people catching it , causng many days off work and lost earnings. Some weeks later the children's hospital took a simple flake of skin and had result back in an hour. Our experience being this expensive professional service is somewhat remiss .

I attended my first appointment with Dr Hope today and, unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I have seen doctors in the past who lacked patient care, but this consultation felt particularly impersonal. Dr Hope appeared rushed and eager to conclude the appointment. She did not review the referral sent by my GP, and I had to prompt her regarding one of the issues outlined in it. I also felt that she was not fully engaged in what I was explaining. I was unable to complete my sentences without being interrupted, and there was minimal eye contact throughout the consultation. Given that the appointment cost $350 and lasted approximately 10 minutes, I left feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the level of care provided.

Dr Joy and Jasmina are absolutely beautiful, kind and exceptionally skilled clinicians. I am truly grateful and deeply thankful that I was referred to this clinic. This is honestly the best dermatologist clinic I have ever been to.
