HEMAC Aesthetic Clinic

Very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I had to wait over 45 min past my appointment time with no heads up or apology from the staff or GP. This was already my third visit for the same condition, yet each time I was just given different random medication that has not helped at all. It honestly feels like there is no proper effort to diagnose or treat the issue properly, just repeated visits and consultation fees without real results. Patients deserve better communication, respect for their time, and proper medical care.
