Dr Armour was recommended to me by two dermatologists from public and private. She was kind and helpful and very knowledgeable. I’ve just had my treatment with Dr Amour, she was understanding of me as an individual and put me at ease. The Cutera Exel V laser was easy to tolerate. She also has a great bedside manner, making the whole experience positive. Plus their makeup line, is amazing.

I was referred to Dr Rich by my previous dermatologist for scarring treatment and was relieved to hear after our consultation his combination approach suiting my case of mixed scarring / ethnicity / time frame. I've just completed AlmaHybrid & TCA cross, saving what could've been from other specialists alternative treatments which would take numerous sessions to achieve similar results. Look forward to seeing the team again for my second treatment early next year!

I found every person I interacted with at ENRICH to be warm, professional, accommodating and highly skilled!! Prior to my first appointment I had to move and change some things around and the receptionists were super lovely and managed to fit me in last minute for the following day when I phoned to reschedule. Once at the clinic the receptionists were again very clear, warm and professional and the lovely lady who took my photos was so sweet and gave me a big confidence boost. The absolute highlight for me though was working with Dr Afrah! She was extremely informative and artful in her approach and managed to address all my concerns and create lovely harmony in my face!! Dr Rich has been my family's dermatologist for 35 years for everything from minor cosmetic issues to acute acne in my case no one could do anything about, until Dr Rich fixed it on first attempt - zero recurrence! I had MiraDry at Enrich Clinic and everyone that I dealt with was so warm and friendly (receptionists, nurses, Dr Maria). There was a delay with the MiraDry machine being ready, and they brought me biscuits and coffee while I waited and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything else and ensure I was comfortable. I have low blood pressure and was feeling dizzy after the procedure and they took extra time to stay with me while I lay down, bring me snacks to bring my blood sugar up, and take my blood pressure a few times to make sure I was safe to leave. This is not like some clinics where I have felt rushed through - the staff here really care about the wellbeing of their patients. All this to say - the team are wonderful, very professional, and I can’t recommend Enrich enough. Thank you team, especially Maria and the nurse that was with me throughout the day - it was definitely worth the trip over from New Zealand ☺️ 3 month update: It has been nearly three months since my treatment and all normal lumps, swelling, and numbness that followed the treatment have subsided. I am so happy with the results. Thanks again Enrich team.
