The nurse who did my lips was Jelena and she was amazing, absolutely beautiful and made the experience so relaxing and stress free. She handles everything amazingly and is very gentle. I would definitely recommend if u come to the Richmond clinic u go to her! I had my appointment back in may 27 and am waiting to get more done with her!

So travelled 2 hours for an appointment for my daughter and myself switched from Prahran to Richmond as they told me the nurse at Prahran had left. Only to have one appointment fulfilled. Nurse was lovely apologetic, lips were quite bruised costing more than advertised. For someone who has been having Botox and sometimes fillers for 17 years this is very poor service. The prices may draw u in but it’s not worth it.

I booked an appointment but received a cancellation email a few days before, as it was a public holiday and they were closed. I re-booked and went in. When I arrived, the staff told me they couldn’t do the treatment because they were missing some items. She asked if I could come back in the afternoon instead, promising she would get the items by then. Since I had already driven all the way there, I accepted it. However, when I returned in the afternoon, she told me the exact same thing, she hadn't gotten the items. She could have easily called me to save me the trip, but she didn’t. She claimed she told the customer service team to call me, but I never received any calls. To make matters worse, she didn’t even apologize and asked if I could come back on Monday. I said no. I called their main office to explain the situation and ask for a refund, but they told me they couldn't do anything about it. No refund, no apology. This was the worst experience ever.

I want to this clinic and I had an appointment for lip injections. The one lady working in this clinic told me to download this yooli app for the payment to work and it was not working for my card. She literally told me to just reschedule and did not put enough effort into trying to work it out for me. She told me she had another client who’s coming in 6 minutes. Was completely thrown off, felt so left in the dark. So unprofessional, she told me “sometimes the app has some errors” this is not something that should be made to feel like my fault
