Clinica Lase Carlton

I didn't want to write a review, but I want to warn others not to waste their time and money. My experience with Clinica Lase was very disappointing. They don't tell you when booking that you need a recent skin check from a dermatologist before treatment. Instead, they tell you at your first appointment and won't proceed if your check was more than two years ago. This should be communicated upfront. I was also made to feel embarrassed and uncomfortable when trying to use one of their advertised promotions. My interaction with Crystal at reception left me feeling humiliated and unwelcome rather than valued as a customer. Most importantly, I spent a lot of money on more than three pigmentation treatments with little to no improvement. I then went to another clinic, had one treatment, and achieved far better results. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Clinica Lase.

I had such a lovely experience with Mia during my LED facial for eczema-prone skin. She was so kind, gentle, and really took the time to understand my skin concerns. The consultation felt very personalised which included photos and skin analysis. She explained everything clearly throughout the treatment. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping her clients feel comfortable and confident in their skin. I’d definitely recommend Mia to anyone with sensitive or eczema-prone skin!

Stunned and appalled at how this clinic on all levels chooses to treat people . During my visit the clinic felt disorganised. I was moved between treatment rooms multiple times. At one point a clinician entered the room believing it was free, and shortly after a receptionist came in to informed my clinician that they had been double booked. I later had to reschedule (48hrs beforehand) an appointment due to an unexpected medical crisis and financial hardship. I explained this and asked for a short extension and to move my appt 5 days later. The late cancellation fee was still enforced. The communication from the clinic coordinator felt scripted and mechanical. Instead of feeling like I was speaking to a person capable of judgement, it felt like I was talking to a system repeating policy back to me without regard for context. I walked away feeling reduced to a transaction rather than treated as a human being. That lack of empathy and care is what will stay with me. Update: The clinic’s replies to my review and others focus on defending their image rather than acknowledging the client experience. Their handling of feedback reflects a clear priority on reputation management over client care. Not a set of values that I personally look for in a clinic.

I have been coming to Clinica Lase for PICO laser, primarily to help with pigmentation/melasma. The clinic is modern and staff are all professional and friendly. Mathea is lovely and very knowledgeable. I’ve already noticed significant improvement with minimal downtime as compared with most clinics, who might treat mild pigmentation, the available machines are much more powerful Highly recommend

I always have a fantastic experience at Clinica Lase. Every therapist I’ve seen is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Crystal has truly created a special team of people who are genuinely passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. It’s always such a positive and enjoyable experience.
