She is super experienced in her craft and knows what to do for each person's desired results. On top of that, she is super friendly and kind and made me feel so comfortable throughout every session. Communication is extremely poor. On three separate occasions I have made an appointment, only to arrive at the clinic and be told they do not have the product I use in stock. Each time I have had to leave without receiving my treatment. At this point, it either feels like a ploy to get people through the door or a complete lack of regard for clients' time. Either way, it is unacceptable. A simple phone call before the appointment to let me know the product was unavailable would have saved me a wasted trip. After this has happened three times, I will not be returning.
