I’ve enjoyed every visit and treatment! I always look forward to my appointments because I know I’ll be in good hands. A big thank you to Beth — she’s incredibly knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable during every treatment, especially the microneedling sessions! They can be quite painful, but she always makes the experience much more bearable. I’ve also noticed improvements on my face, more glowy, fresh and not dull as it used to be. All the treatments might be expensive but they are all worth it.

I came in recently for a lip volume enhancement consultation and treatment . I’ve never had anything like this done before but had been over lining my top lip for the last 6 years! After careful consideration, I decided I was ready, and now it was time to treat myself. I am so lucky to have had Tina (the nurse) to perform my consultation and treatment. She was so kind , extremely knowledgeable and patiently willing to understand my desires of lip shape and end result. She accurately and patiently advised me of what to expect before during and after the treatment. She allowed me to check in on the progressive result multiple times throughout the filler process to ensure I was happy with the shape she was building and she really took how I felt on when creating the end result . I’m so happy with my outcome today and Tina has 10/10 consultations and customer care/comfort efforts. And importantly of course, genuine skill in dermal filler work! She knows how to create what you want within professional and realistic guidelines, constantly checking in at all angles of my lips as she injected. The whole process was faultless. They now look natural, but enhanced and I’m so happy. As someone who comes from a beauty services background with clients of my own , I am very wary of ensuring I am not being rushed as a client and that I am feeling heard by the person performing the treatment. I gave the clinic 5 star because, firstly it’s Australia, they consult doctors before any major treatment which is very reassuring. The clinic itself is clean comfortable and modern. The treatments are state of the art, being affordable and affective. I have been going for a while now and l have various treatments. Especially anti ageing, from fillers to micro needling and botox, which l highly recommend. Lastly and most importantly my nurse Tina is pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable of her craft. She is my nurse for botox snd recently fillers, both use needles, but don’t let that scare you, she has a very professional touch, l did not feel any pain or discomfort, which shows how good Tina is. All the treatments, l have had, with all the girls have been a magnificent experience both for how l look and feel. The nurses are very friendly and great to talk to. So don’t hesitate to go in get a consultation, which they do every time and start looking amazing l do and l will continue till the end of my days, thanks ladies.

I've decided to come to this clinic because the staff at initial counseling was very nice and friendly. And also she is knowledgeable and gave me some great advice for my skin concern. All reception and staff members are always nice and answer to all my questions. I'm currently doing laser hair removal and very happy with the result.
